SO I thought, these pills don't work, but I'll give it a shot at 5 pills and see. So I took 5 pills, and it made me feel sick - dizzy, tired, nauceous. Ya, everything you don't want.
I read the directions again and decided I'll give it another try and this time I'll stick to the directions. It said to start slow. Well, I did try 2 pills already and it didn't work for me, so I then tried 3 pills. I began to feel more energy and feel something working. I stuck with 3 pills each time for a few days just to make sure my body is ok with it. Since 3 pills worked better than 2 pills for me, I wanted to see if 4 pills would work better than 3 pills for me or not. But I was kinda afraid 4 pills might make me feel sick like 5 pills though. But what if 4 pills work better than 3 pills? So I upped it and tried 4 pills. Good thing I upped it, because 4 pills is the best for me. Even more energy, motivation, focus? Yup, yup, yup!
So be willing to try the different amount of pills to find the RIGHT dosage for your body, but start on the low end of the dosage. Up the dosage slowly. I have a friend who says she likes how it feels at 3 pills, but I also have another friend that says he takes 5 pills and he loves it.
