We love our products and we’re confident you’ll love them too. However, if for some reason our products do not perform to your satisfaction, then we want to make it right for you. Products purchased on Cerebralprime.com can be returned within 30-days of the initial purchase date.

Prior to sending any product back, please email customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise # (RM#) for a return, replacement/exchange, or store credit. Please also include your order # and some additional feedback regarding the item so we can fully understand why it wasn’t a fit for you.

We are not able to accept faulty products or returns from purchases made outside of the Site (cerebralprime.com). Refunds issued are for the cost of product, excluding shipping and any applied discounts. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. The purchase must be completed through Cerebralprime.com in order to be applicable for the return.
