Lesson here is if you want both the CP daytime pills and the CS nighttime pills to work well together, then take the CP pills first thing when you wake up and then take the second dose of CP exactly 5 hours after the first one. Don't wait on it. Don't take it late in the day or else you'll wind up staying awake into the early morning hours and can't sleep like me.
I guess my body needs that time separation between the second dose of CP pills and the CS pills so that I can sleep. Btw, both types of pills work really well for me. I get a lot of motivation and energy with CP for the day and I am able to still maintain my New Year's resolution for once thanks to CP. And I get much better deep sleep with CS which is a huge plus. I take CS about 30-45 minutes before going to bed.
I wish I didn't have to learn the lesson of taking CP early in the day, and definitely not taking it late in the day. Don't say I didn't warn you. Here's to New Year's resolutions being kept! :)
